Melanie Borgenicht

Melanie is passionate about guiding her clients through the journey to find their next home, leave the old one behind, or use their investment dollars wisely. She brings an intimate knowledge of Salt Lake City—having lived here for over 30 years—and knows both the culture, personality, and legacy of every neighborhood. Understanding that a home can be more than a house, she brings a holistic process to real estate and to her clients. As a scenic artist early in her career, Melanie developed a keen sense of space, color and design. This talent initially led her to a career designing and staging homes and in 2013, she added real estate to her portfolio. She is now a member of the International Diamond Society and has helped her clients buy or sell dozens of homes in the Salt Lake Valley. As a talented negotiator, and an armchair psychologist, Melanie works above and beyond to ensure that her clients have the least stress and the most fulfilling transaction of their real estate experience.
