Sam Campbell Bracken

Hi, I'm Sam. I was born and raised in the Salt Lake Valley and I absolutely love this community. If you’ve ever gone through the home-buying process, you know how exhausting it can be. I certainly do. Recently, I went through my own grueling eight-month house hunt. I remember the endless weekend drives, the disappointment of losing out on a place, and the anxiety of trying to make one of the biggest decisions of my life. That experience shaped how I practice real estate. I don't believe in pushy sales pitches or rushing anyone. I prefer to slow things down, listen, and act as a steady, patient partner who has your back.

My path to real estate wasn't quite direct. I went to school and earned degrees in both Finance and Interior Design. The finance background means I'm comfortable breaking down the tricky numbers, keeping track of the paperwork, and making sure you feel financially secure with your choices. The design side enables me to help you visualize how a space could actually function for your family, or prep your current home for sale using what you already own. Real estate has allowed me to combine the two in a way that I genuinely enjoy.

When I’m not out showing homes, you can usually find me with my husband and family, working on my own never-ending DIY home projects, or enjoying the beautiful outdoors we're so lucky to have in our backyard.
