ABOUT MEGHAN

Meghan Gobin has spent her life surrounded by real estate. Growing up in Kanab, UT her mom co-founded Adobe Realty and her dad built custom homes. She followed in the family’s footsteps and got her real estate license at age 19, and has been working in the industry ever since.

Meghan took a risk and moved to Boston at age 23 in an effort to experience a cultural difference and change of scenery. This is where she gained a passion for traveling and enjoys any moment she can to experience a new place, learn the history, and dine with the locals.

Meghan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Dixie State University, which opened doors to move to Salt Lake City and expand her experience into the administration and management side of the business. Her organizational skills and attention to detail made this a natural and effective fit.

Her diverse range of experience in the industry spans from representing buyers and sellers to working as an office administrator, commercial brokerage coordinator, assistant property manager, and licensed transaction coordinator, all of which has given her an amazing breadth of knowledge for her clients.

Meghan met her husband Ben during her time in Salt Lake City and they just had their son Everett in November 2021! She loves camping, hiking amongst the Red Rocks, and their dog, Bodhi.

Meghan, Ben, Everett, and Bodhi are thrilled to be living the good life in beautiful Kanab!

ABOUT SARA

I was lucky enough to grow up in Kanab, immersed in beautiful red rocks. Typical of most teenagers, I did not appreciate the surrounding beauty and graduated high school early so I could strike out on my own. After 10 years of moving around, I found myself continuously comparing each new city or town to Kanab. During this ever-changing time,I met my spouse the only summer I came back home; we met working in a restaurant on the East End of Zion National Park.

Being a student during those 10 years gave my wanderings structure and I (eventually) obtained a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a Business Minor from Utah State University. Still, testing for my real estate exam was one of the most challenging things I’ve accomplished academically. This array of experiences have shaped my life and have taught me how to interact and be an ally for individuals from all walks of life. I am so grateful to live here, and to help Kanab grow! My goal is to help individuals find their homes in our dream area. Whether you’re a local moving home, moving on up, or a Kanabian newbie; I hope to work with you! I am elated to be a third generation Real Estate Agent, and proud to work for Adobe Real Estate Group, where I am surrounded by support!

Sally is a co-founder and associate broker of Adobe Real Estate Group. Sally is licensed in both Arizona and Utah with over 30 years of experience.
