31 years of combined experience makes The Bramble Lane Team a powerhouse in the Utah Real Estate Business. We have been around the block, we have seen it all, and we are here to guide you through it.

As Utah natives, our roots run deep in this beautiful State. Marley was raised in the Wasatch Hollow neighborhood, attended Rowland Hall St. Mark’s and the University of Utah. Ashlee went to Highland High School and graduated from the University of Utah.

In our early adult lives, we both had various employment adventures, but we landed in Real Estate, never to look back. Marley started her real estate career at Keller Williams, moving to Prudential after her second year, where she met Ashlee. While we both were growing our business separately, we became good friends and often shared client responsibilities, allowing us both to travel (a passion we share). It wasn’t until after Berkshire Hathaway bought out Prudential’s Real Estate division that we decided to join forces. We discovered our mantra that two agents are better than one, and that by creating a powerful team, our client service could exceed expectations. Thus, in 2015 our partnership started taking shape and in 2019 we made it official, and The Bramble Lane Team was born. Since the creation of our formal partnership we have worked diligently to create a seamless business plan. This has has allowed us to contribute our individual skill sets and provide our clients an innovate approach to Real Estate. In the beginning 2024 we joined Coldwell Banker, a move we have been thrilled to announce.

Our vast experience and expertise combined with honesty, sincerity and reliability as well as our hands-on involvement make us stand above our colleagues. We go above and beyond on every sale and help you navigate your transaction, regardless of market conditions. Not only do we assist in “buying and selling homes” we also cultivate lasting relationships with our clients. We love who we work with just as much as we love what we do.

When not working, Marley loves to travel the world checking off her scuba diving bucket list, practicing yoga, enjoying the company of her rescue Dobermans and spending time with her husband in Escalante, their “home away from home”.

Ashlee also loves to travel, cook, workout and be with her animals.
