Glenn Bonner, Jr. is a Washington, DC native and resident who has enjoyed selling real estate in the DC and Maryland markets for 10 plus years. Though his field involves properties, his greatest reward revolves around people (not just deals), and making them happy. His proudest moments come when he guides and educates a buyer through the process, helping them buy an asset that holds great emotional and financial value.

Glenn has coached investors and helped them sell their properties for a profit, just as he has first-time buyers looking for the perfect place to grow their family. He's sold everything from apartments and homes to an eight-unit building in Hagerstown, MD, where he worked with a savvy investor selling a property in a whole new market. One impressive month, he sold five houses, gaining a feeling of accomplishment knowing he could reach and exceed that total. No challenge is too great for Glenn.

Originally from the Brookland area in northeast DC, Glenn currently resides and owns a home in Fort Washington, MD Prior to real estate, he worked in hospitality honing his keen ability to interact well with people of all personalities and need levels. For nearly a decade, Glenn served others at the Holiday Inn Capitol in DC, then transferred his skills into the highest service role of all, selling homes and real estate.

Clients appreciate his acute attention to detail, genuine concern for people's best interests, and reputation as a man of his word. Glenn loves meeting new people and is always willing to help out his community. He volunteers at his children's school and spends as much free time as he can with his family. Glenn also likes to travel, read (a book a week), and do everything conventional wisdom says can't be done.
