John Hyland

After several years of living and working in the DMV, John is proud to call the area home. His journey included multiple relocations across the country in support of his wife’s career, an experience that helped him appreciate the true meaning of “home” and the value of a smooth moving process. In 2019, John and his wife returned to the area for good and put down roots in Del Ray.

John’s experience in retail and furniture sales sparked his transition into real estate, where he now focuses on helping clients find properties that genuinely fit their lifestyle. He believes exceptional customer service is the foundation of every successful transaction and treats every client like family. Whether assisting first-time buyers, sellers, or investors, John strives to make the process transparent, stress-free, and tailored to each person’s needs.

Known for his patience, work ethic, and ability to connect with people, John is proud to serve the community with Coldwell Banker. Outside of real estate, he enjoys exploring the DMV with his wife, traveling, staying active, and spending time with their rescue dog, Kida.
