I am a licensed Real Estate Professional in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC with Coldwell Banker Realty. Together with my husband David, we have been practicing real estate since 2006.

With over $50 million in sales annually, we are in our 18th year guiding buyers and sellers in exceeding their real estate goals here.

Born in Detroit to a single mother, David is a cancer warrior and survivor who has lived in the DMV since 1976. Born in NY to an Army Veteran, Patty has lived in the DMV since 1981.

From Generals to first time buyers, we help every client with the same level of expertise and dedication, because we have an in depth knowledge of the communities in the DMV area. Patty was recently interviewed by the Washington Post, where she shared her expertise in how first time home buyers can successfully buy a home in this challenging market.
