Background/About Me

I'm a local, born and raised in the DC metro area. Over the years I've lived in Fairfax, Alexandria, DC, and have resided in Arlington for the past 8 years. After all this time in the area, I know the neighborhoods very well. I own several local properties, and am always willing to share my best practices on being a landlord.

I graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke, VA in 1994, left the area for college, graduating from The Pennsylvania State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. I then spent the next 8 years in the IT field, but am so glad I made the change to Real Estate, I love what I do! I spend my free time with my wife chasing after our little boy, who always keeps us on our toes.

Multiple offer situations often require unique considerations to move your offer to the top of the seller's list.
-After ratification attend home inspection with you and strategize on items to ask the seller to repair and assist with negotiations.
-Monitor appraisal, financing, resale documents, termites, and any other inspections(radon, septic, well, etc)
-Prepare you for settlement with detailed instructions and review of the closing disclosure
-Attend walkthrough and settlement with you
-Provide concierge services during and after the purchase of your home
