Yolanda has worked as a realtor since 2008.  Her top priority is building and sustaining relationships with clients by managing real estate, meeting their expectations and utilizing all available resources to ensure seamless and smooth transactions.  A long time Washington DC metro area resident, Yolanda currently lives in Maryland.

She has worked and successfully helped close every kind of deal from short sales, co-ops, estate sales, first time buyers, down payment assistance program deals, investors, rentals, and everything in between.
