Shavonta Green-Floyd is not only a powerhouse in the real estate market, but a volunteer and community advocate, having served on multiple community and PTA boards and even co-founding a 501c3, non-profit organization teaching entrepreneurship and life-skills to youth. While at James Madison University, pursuing a degree in Political Science, she decided to further pursue her purpose of service by enlisting in the US Air Force Reserves. Shavontahas also earned Master’s Degrees in Public Policy and Law. She has served her country in various roles in the Department of Defense and Capitol Hill as a civil servant and defense contractor. As a real estate agent, Shavontapursues her purpose and passion by teaming with clients to reach their goals. She knows that a successful real estate transaction is as much about the process of relationship building as it is getting to the closing table.
