More about Renee Fredericksen
My interest in making people feel at home in their own home goes back to my childhood. I noticed how anxious people were to go home at the end of the day and what made their house feel like home.
As an adult, this caused me to take a job on the management team of an independent construction supplier and later to gain a Master's degree in Aging and Housing. My first job thereafter was working as a residential appraiser for HUD and then moving on to Minnesota's State Department of Human Services. There I worked to develop communities that were safe and filled with amenities for families. This included guiding the development of universal housing design projects. So as our families grow and change, our homes are still a good fit. This doesn't always happen and there are job changes and other factors that cause us to look for a home with a better fit.
As a Realtor (R), my interest is finding the best possible fit in your next home. I consider your lifestyle, budget, housing type preferences, your regular touch-points in a community for business and pleasure, to name a few. I search for, evaluate, present my results and support each client to find the best possible match. Its all made much easier today because I utilize modern technology to speed up the process.
My experience as an appraiser, merchandiser, policy developer, negotiator, designer and negotiator are perfect in combination with the Coldwell Banker tools at my disposal for property searches, marketing properties to be sold and evaluating the best fit and contract on my clients behalf.
Last but certainly the most important, I'm prompt, organized, work hard, follow through and love moving each client to properties that welcome them home, prove to be a good investment or - hey, why not both.
Easy to reach and easy to work with - I'm the one!
