David Adams

We proudly support our local charitable organizations by participating in our Coldwell Banker Realty CARES foundation with the contribution of a portion of each of my commission earnings to CARES. Since its inception, CARES has donated more than $1 million to a wide array of non-profit educational, health, welfare, environmental, and cultural arts organizations in the Mid-Atlantic area. I also donate to St. Jude Children's Hospital, HomeStretch, Cornerstones, SPARC, and other local charities.

Dave is also a former member of the Reston Chamber of Commerce and served on several committees and is on Board of Directors for SPARC and the Executive Director for a 5013c charitable organization. Giving back to the community is very important to me and my wife, who works with me.

Dave Adams was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and grew up in a military family. He graduated from the University of Maine with a BS degree in Criminal Justice. While growing up, he always liked to help people. He was an Eagle Scout and a member of his volunteer ambulance corps before becoming a local law enforcement officer. After serving 21 honorable years with the United States Secret Service, he transitioned into Real Estate. His unique knowledge of Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. has proven helpful to his clients. Dave and his wife work together as a team and understand the stresses of relocating, having done that several times when he worked for the Federal government.

Dave's relationships, knowledge of sophisticated database technology, analytical approach to tasks, and commitment to service, honesty, and integrity are the cornerstones of the Dave and JoAnne Adams Group.

Dave enjoys golfing, running, and boating on the Chesapeake Bay with his wife JoAnne and Bruno, their chocolate lab, while exploring all the wonderful activities the area has to offer.
