GT Quinn is an experienced and formally educated banking, finance and real estate executive, distinguished by a 35-year career in financial services culminating as Chief Operating Officer of a $1.3B asset firm. His career includes more than 20 years in senior executive positions at banks and financial services companies—including oversight of large-scale financial and real estate portfolios, complex commercial transactions, and strategic capital allocation. During this same time he has served more than 25 years serving on economic development, capital formation and affordable housing boards to support the communities where he lives and works. His portfolio includes neighborhood developments, debt and equity capital raise including tax exempt and bond structures. He has managed and advised several rental portfolios and commercial properties. His work as a banker and financial services executive has provided experience in specific capital management and asset allocation strategies. 

Retiring as a U.S. Army Colonel after 40 years of military service (active duty, National Guard and Reserve), he pairs exceptional discipline, mission focus, and operational rigor with deep expertise in financial innovation and operational execution.
