Raised in Fort Worth, TX, Joyce moved to the Washington, DC area in 1984. She has since had the pleasure of living at one time or another in DC, Maryland and Virginia. Virginia has been her home for the past 20 years, in Alexandria and now Springfield. Her knowledge of the area is extensive and invaluable.

Joyce specializes in residential sales in the Northern Virginia market, particularly in the Springfield, Alexandria, Arlington, Burke, Annandale, Woodbridge, Manassas neighborhoods. She enjoys working with military personnel as well as first-time homebuyers, and luxury buyers and sellers.

A graduate of the University of the District of Columbia with a BA in Psychology, Joyce spent 13 years as a program coordinator/event planner for a medical group association in Alexandria, VA, and over five years in medical/retail sales. Relationship building and quality service have been constants throughout her career.

Outside of real estate, Joyce is a huge sports fan and likes taking long walks as her preferred form of exercise. She is a past Board member of a local networking group, West End Business Association (WEBA), which supports small businesses in the West End section of Alexandria.
