Dwayne spent over 30 years in active U.S. Army and civilian service. He’s a Vietnam combat veteran and was a Department of Defense comptroller. He had five years of civilian service to military veterans while he was a senior executive budget officer in the Department of Veterans Affairs. Dwayne completed multiple military leadership training programs at a senior executive level and has extensive business and leadership training in the private sector as well. He holds an MBA from Syracuse University, a certificate in public leadership from the Brookings Institute and a senior executive leadership certificate from the University of North Carolina.

In addition to his military and leadership accomplishments, Dwayne has earned multiple industry certifications to better serve buyers and sellers.
