Elizabeth Carrillo is a Northern Virginia REALTOR® and Luxury Property Specialist serving Arlington, Prince William County, Fairfax, and Loudoun. As a recognized Top Producer (2021–2025), she specializes in strategic representation for buyers, sellers, relocation clients, investors, luxury homes, and new construction. Known for strong negotiation skills, clear communication, and a detail-driven approach, Elizabeth protects her clients’ interests from contract to closing.

A Northern Virginia native, Elizabeth brings deep local knowledge, refined market insight, and a strategic approach to every transaction. She is an active member of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William (PWAR), having served on its Board of Directors (2022–2024), and belongs to the Virginia REALTORS® (VAR), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Elizabeth also works closely with real estate investors throughout Northern Virginia, specializing in value-add opportunities, distressed properties, fix-and-flip projects, and long-term rentals. Her trusted network of contractors, lenders, and property managers helps streamline transactions from acquisition to closing.

Outside of real estate, Elizabeth enjoys traveling, hiking, Jeep events, live music, exploring local dining, and Virginia’s wine country. She and her husband are proud parents of three daughters. Their eldest serves in the United States Coast Guard, giving Elizabeth a personal connection to the unique needs of military families and relocations—further strengthened by having multiple family members who have served across various branches of the military. Their middle daughter is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and now lives in the Richmond area, while their youngest is currently in college, pursuing her next chapter.
