Having been raised abroad until returning to Virginia, I understand the anxieties and challenges of relocating, and I have lived in and loved all that our region offers - from the mountains and lakes to pastures and beaches. Now as an experienced and former client relationship professional with the hospitality industry, wife/mother, and destination consultant, I leverage my knowledge and skills to support the evolving requirements, priorities and objectives of my residential clients.

As our economy rebounds from COVID and now with the most recent shifts in real estate regulations, especially, the ability to offer reliable, expert consultation to clients seeking housing in Virginia is a necessity that I am uniquely positioned to provide. As a corporate housing professional and destination consultant, I am engaged in the communities I support and can share insights that are useful to my Clients in their buying, selling or leasing/renting assessments.

Building on my experience in relocation and destination services, I have been able to develop strategies for negotiation that benefit my residential real estate clients. My extensive experience in the telecom, technology, sales, education and even government agency contract sector allows me to develop a strong understanding of the demands, opportunities and challenges of most businesses, families and individuals who are in transition and require temporary or permanent housing solutions.
