Business Philosophy - Personal service is my mantra. I strive to provide personal service across the real estate business spectrum to enable my clients to avoid the stress and worries which accompanies buying or selling a home. I dedicate myself to ensuring that each facet of the real estate process my client comes into contact with, progresses smoothly and uneventfully, as much as humanly possible. My thought process dictates that my clients always come first and I strive to represent them faithfully, truthfully, honorable and with a strong work ethic and personal responsibility.

Education and Training - My professional background has been primarily in marketing having served in the Corporate world as a Corporate Marketing Manager for a Fortune 500 Manufacturing Company located in the United States Mid West region for more than 28 years providing marketing expertise around the world. Upon retirement I then assumed a position in the U.S. Government Federal Service as a Marketing Manager for a number of years.

Awards And Designations - I have been recognized by the Washingtonian Magazine as a Top Agent in the Northern Virginia area and have also been ranked in the Top 100 Agents in the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Community. I am a Cartus Certified Relocation Specialist and a Cartus Certified Marketing Specialist. I have been recognized by the PWAR as a Top Producer. I take great pride from exceeding my clients expectations and in providing dedicated customer service while protecting my clients interests and benefits though a disciplined and honorable approach to customer service.

Personal Background - Family man with 5 grown children, 5 beautiful grandchildren and a wonderful wife. Served in the U.S. Army for 6 years with the 82nd Abn, 101st Abn, 173rd Abn, Viet-Nam service 1963-65. Corporate Marketing Manager 28 years, Federal Service a total of 11 years and Licensed Realtor since 2011.

Homes which are market value priced and in good condition sell quickly in part because of the constant personnel movement. Homes come to market consistently, as a result of the in and out flow of people, so a wide variety of homes are usually available.
