Cherie began her real estate career in the mid 1990’s from an open house platform. Growing up in a family of builders set the foundation for her career, and paved the way for listing over 35 new construction developments! Understanding the building process has given her a keen eye and excellent navigation skills for new and sound construction of homes.

Cherie’s natural way with people and an innate ability to determine what they were looking for in a home allowed her to quickly build a valued client base she maintains to this day. In 2004, both Cherie and her son Luke Dunckley saw a need for condo professionals on the Eastside. They decided to live in condos to experience the lifestyle and become experts on condominium living—and TheBellevueBlock.com was born. The Bellevue Block has been a springboard into Luxury Homes (showcased on LangLuxury.com) as clients list their estates and begin to downsize; leading to her highest sale, over 8 million.

When she’s not assisting her clients, Cherie enjoys writing poetry, giving back to her community on the Eastside, especially Bellevue where she resides, and the Greater Seattle area. Chere also loves spending time with her 11 grandchildren and her husband with whom she owns Lang Homes.
