Nancy Wallace

I began my journey as a real estate professional by watching my mother build a strong and successful career over the last 30 years. Her experience made me acutely aware of the ups and downs of the industry and gave me a solid understanding of the hard work and dedication that goes into matching clients with their perfect homes.  She instilled in me a great love of real estate, and for the past decade, I have built and managed my family’s personal and commercial real estate portfolio which includes apartment complexes, vacation homes, and commercial properties. Having successfully navigated my own real estate and remodeling accomplishments, I now look forward to helping my clients build their own success stories.

My goal is to create a smooth, well-managed, and enjoyable real estate experience. As a Global Luxury Specialist, I have access to state-of-the-art technology, a global network of experienced and some of the best real professionals in the world, additionally unparallel marketing materials. My biggest asset, however, is my mother, Patricia Wallace. Together we bring the best in area expertise, customer service, and marketing.   

My background includes my Pilates Studio, Nancy Wallace Pilates, a business I have owned and operated since 2008. Over the years my studio has established itself as an institution within the West Bellevue community, and we proudly service over 900 appointments per month.

I love being an entrepreneur. My passion for customer service and attention to detail is clear within minutes of working with me. In my 14 years running my own business, I developed a customized business model, fun marketing campaigns, and managed a team of employees that consistently brought in $750,000 + in gross annual revenue.

I serve others with enthusiasm, tirelessly searching for ways to add value to the business experience, and go above and beyond to create quality, individualized plans to realize my clients' expectations. I am a team player; I thrive on collaboration. I love to problem solve, strategize, and implement best business practices.

I also have three children that I have loved being a (part time) stay at home mom to. Post pandemic and wanting to expand on my professional career, I joined my mother, Patricia Wallace, in her boutique real estate practice at Coldwell Banker Bain’s Bellevue office. I am so proud to work beside a woman whose ethic and expertise I have long admired!

I am excited to bring my enthusiasm for real estate, my innovative spirit, and my mastery of social media to buyers and sellers in the Seattle and Eastside communities.
