I have been told that I “research unto infinity” when I am trying to figure something out. For my Buyers and Sellers, this means that I find ways to meet their goals and answer questions no matter how challenging they might be!

Prior to working in real estate, I gained experience in a variety of settings that taught me how to be quick on my feet and problem solve creatively - all great skills to have as a Realtor. These have included:

• Acute patient assessment care as an ER and Critical Care nurse

• Construction, remodeling management of two vacation rental homes

• Full gut renovation (including landscaping) of four homes in Washington and Colorado

• Campaign coordination of a winning $21 million school bond in SW Colorado

• Exhibition coordinator/staffer for art galleries in Virginia and New York City

• Service for 2 years in the Central African Republic with the Peace Corps

I also know what it is like to sell a home that you love and relocate to a new area. I have done this myself and often use that experience to help my clients quickly learn the "lay of the land" and find the resources they need.

Buying and selling can be overwhelming at times and we often spend lots of time together in the process. While doing that, my job is to keep you informed, negotiate hurdles and decrease stress. In addition to a completed sale, I want you to think: "We got it done and had some fun as well“!

When I’m not working you will likely find me: planning our next birding or diving trip, covered in dirt while digging in the garden or walking our 75 lb “velcro dog” Pinot somewhere on the trails. I support The Jazz Project, love live music and volunteering when I can.
