Before founding Island Home Group, Stephanie worked as an executive director in a regional conservation organization and consulted on important issues such as conservation, land use, economic development, and world heritage. This experience has allowed her to cultivate an extensive network of contacts, and her reputation as a powerful negotiator and empathetic listener makes her an exceptional advocate for her clients.

In her free time, she finds joy in playing pickleball, hiking, sea kayaking, and exploring different cultures through travel. As a former athlete on the tennis and rugby teams at Gonzaga University and with advanced degrees in Public Administration (MPA) and Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) from the University of Oregon, she believes in the importance of balancing professional expertise with a heartfelt approach to serving her clients.
