I started my real estate career in 2007, right in the middle of the subprime mortgage crisis. It was a time when a lot of agents were leaving the industry, but I leaned in, learned quickly, and earned Rookie of the Year in my 1st year. That experience shaped how I do business today—steady, strategic, and focused on doing what’s right for my clients no matter the market.

Over the course of 19 years as a full time Realtor, I’ve built my business on results and relationships. I’ve maintained a 100% list-to-sale ratio. In 2025, I was honored with the Diamond Award, placing me in the top 7% of agents internationally. In prior years, I have also been recognized in the International Sterling Society, placing me among the top 18% of agents.

I’m licensed in both Washington and Oregon, and I bring a strong background in marketing, negotiation, and problem-solving to every transaction. My designations—ABR, SFR, and GRI—allow me to help a wide range of clients, including those navigating more complex situations like short sales or unique market conditions.

I’ve personally experienced moving both locally and out of state, so I understand how emotional and stressful the process can be. My goal is always to make things feel clear, manageable, and supported from start to finish.
