Christina Watts

Christina Watts is a driven real estate professional specializing in residential sales. She is known for her leadership, communication, organizational skills, and client advocacy, along with the ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy. Christina’s love for real estate and having a family of real estate brokers led her to Coldwell Banker Bain.

Before becoming a real estate broker, Christina was a program manager with more than five years of experience at a real estate consulting company. She led complex residential and commercial property acquisitions for major manufacturing companies, including ExxonMobil, Marathon Petroleum, and Gulf Coast Growth Ventures. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed multi million dollar budgets, facilitated seamless programs, and created strong relationships with clients and local communities.

Prior to program management, Christina worked as an elementary school teacher, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership and relationship building. Her background in education further strengthened her patience and ability to clearly guide clients through every step of the buying and selling process.

Originally from Georgia, Christina has proudly called Washington home for the past five years. Outside of real estate, you’ll find Christina competing in equestrian competitions, skiing, or having a relaxing day with her husband and two dogs.
