A former professional baseball player, Hutton played shortstop for the Anaheim Angels after being drafted out of Pepperdine University. Seeking stability for his family, Hutton joined the Jason Barry team in San Diego, where in three years, they sold over $700 million in luxury real estate. This experience further solidified his expertise in the high-end market, reinforcing the values of excellence and client-centered service that continue to guide his career.

Since 2021, Hutton has become a standout in luxury real estate, closing 89 transactions totaling $233 million in sales, including $127 million in listing-side transactions and $106 million in buyer-side deals. His network extends beyond Seattle to Sun Valley, Palm Springs, and Hawaii, where his referral business continues to grow thanks to strong personal connections and trust.
