Jordan Knoll

I began my career in real estate in 2012 with my first live-in flip and have never looked back. I have specialized in residential real estate investing and after building a successful portfolio of long-term and short-term rentals in the Midwest, I became a licensed Realtor in 2018 to help others do the same. I have extensive knowledge in analyzing properties and I love utilizing that knowledge to empower my clients to achieve their goals and to grow their confidence in the home buying or selling process. 

I have been in Seattle since 2022 and have spent that time exploring the many diverse neighborhoods in Seattle and the surrounding areas and putting roots down here as my home. My favorite things about Seattle are the people here and our proximity to so much nature, while having access to this amazing city and all it has to offer! 

Outside of real estate, I am an avid traveler and have a very adventurous spirit. I enjoy many of the recreational sports leagues in the area and can be found at one of the many gorgeous local parks on any sunny day.
