Great home!! Well loved, and taken care of. New home in development, built in 2021. Vaulted ceilings and open layout fills this home with natural light. Large kitchen with beautiful Corian countertops, bar seating, and large area for a formal dining setup and entertaining. Lovely gas fireplace in the main living area. There is actual privacy in the back yard, as it is adjacent to a large green field. Full disclosure: These pictures are not AI! The back yard is gigantic and since there are no houses behind, the sunsets are amazing. The covered back porch is incredible with tongue and groove overhead and a huge patio. In the summer the yard receives 14 hours of sunlight a day, and the tomato plants literally grew up to the roof last year in the raised bed garden area. I will not say that it is great for families, because it is 2026, and that is discriminatory language, however, I will say that this home would be great for all people. I also will not say that it is a safe neighborhood, as that is also not considered politically correct. I won't say master bedroom, but, one of the bedrooms upstairs is a lavish lair with a roomy walk-in closet and tiled shower with a full sized bathtub.
