The property features a 30x48 pole building in excellent condition with a concrete floor, plumbed for in-floor heat. The drive-through design includes overhead doors on both ends with cleared exterior turn around space. All major infrastructure is already complete, including 200-amp electrical service (wired to the shed and camper hookup), a conventional septic system, and a sand point well. The beautiful lot has a heavily wooded buffer for privacy and is located on a small back bay that can be accessed by boat. There is plenty of wildlife and good hunting for water fowl. The camper and deck on site are included in the sale, and there are many berry bushes, pear and apple trees and a firepit area. Located off Hwy M just 10 minutes north of Chetek.
