Alison LoCoco

Alison LoCoco is a strategic marketing, business development, and client service professional with nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations grow, build meaningful relationships, and achieve measurable results. Throughout her professional career, she has partnered with clients across higher education, healthcare, agriculture, financial services, and lifestyle industries, developing innovative strategies to drive business success and long-term value.

Additionally, Alison and her husband have been in real estate and property management for most of their lives, having grown up helping parents and family members manage rental properties and businesses. Together, they own rental properties and property manage for clients.

Alison graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications, and a minor in Marketing. She and her husband, Vince LoCoco, live in Bayside with their two kids Leah and Vincent. Alison is an actively involved board member with the Fox Point-Bayside School District Parent-Teacher Organization, serving as the current Vice President of Engagement, and also supports efforts with Susan G. Komen Wisconsin and Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast (GSWISE). She and her family enjoy home renovation and design projects, traveling and staying active!
