Brad Brewer is the Vice President of Strategic Growth for Coldwell Banker Realty Southeast Wisconsin, where he leverages more than 25 years of local residency and deep real estate experience to support the company’s growth, agent development, and market expansion. His background in real estate investing and hands‑on market knowledge across Racine, Kenosha, Caledonia, Burlington, Silver Lake, Somers, South Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Lake Geneva, Waterford, and the surrounding areas allows him to bring a practical, informed perspective to both agents and clients.

Before stepping into his current leadership role, Brad served as the co‑team lead of the international award‑winning Eagle Homes Team. His work was driven by an “all‑in” approach that combined data‑driven strategy, advanced marketing tools, and a strong commitment to service. That same dedication carries into his strategic growth role, where he focuses on helping agents elevate their business through technology adoption, market insight, and collaborative planning.

Brad’s early experience fixing and rehabbing homes gives him a unique understanding of property potential and long‑term value, a perspective he often shares to help guide smarter real estate decisions. Outside of his professional work, Brad enjoys basketball and golf, competing in the Golfweek Amateur Tour and participating in local tournaments. He is also an enthusiastic supporter of the Indianapolis Colts, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bulls, the UNC Tar Heels, and the Indiana Hoosiers.
