I started my career in real estate in 2019 as an investor (or flipper as it’s commonly called), and I’ve successfully flipped multiple properties over the years. As an investor, I am hands on and all in from start to finish. I’ve demoed and remolded kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and refinished and/or installed flooring. One of my favorite things to do is to restore original details and/or structures in the home, while still giving the home a modern look.

In 2024 I decided to take the knowledge and experiences I’ve gained from investing and flipping and bring it to the realtor side of the business. As an investor I have a unique ability to look at a property and not only see the potential, but also the cost, time, and process it will take to get it there. I can also help a buyer/seller determine if the projects are something they can do as a owner, or if it will need a licensed contractor to complete.
