Working with buyers and seeing what they really expect to get out of a home has enhanced her ability of counseling her sellers on what they should do to better prepare their homes for sale. Being fairly new to the business i feel as though I can offer the same amount of intelligence and Expertise as some of the seasoned agents thanks to Coldwell Bankers amazing training and guidance. Eighty percent of my fondest memories I was at home. So its really important for me that my buyers find a place they are happy with and that my sellers get accurately what there home is worth.
