Coming from a family deeply rooted in real estate, her passion for the industry began early and has continued to grow throughout her career. Previously licensed in Texas and now Wisconsin, Kat brings a multi-state real estate background and a well-rounded perspective to every transaction. Her experience across varied markets has strengthened her ability to navigate shifting market conditions, pricing strategies, and negotiations while maintaining a sharp focus on local trends that impact her clients most.

In addition to her sales experience, Kat has spent over eight years working directly in title services, mortgage lending, and real estate management. This behind-the-scenes industry knowledge gives her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process from every angle, allowing her to anticipate challenges before they arise and guide clients with confidence and clarity.

Over the years, Kat has had the privilege of helping a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned sellers and investors. She has successfully guided clients through the purchasing and selling of residential homes, condominiums, luxury properties, investment real estate, relocation moves, and new construction. Married to a local builder, Kat also brings valuable insight into the construction side of real estate, giving her clients a deeper perspective on home quality, design, and the building process.

Outside of real estate, Kat enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their three dogs, including two rescues and one very sassy mini dachshund.
