Stephen Covalt was born and raised in Crystal Lake, IL, but realized at a young age (after one trip to Lambeau Field) Wisconsin is where he wanted to be. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science/Sport Administration & Management from Carroll University, Stephen married his fiancée, now wife, Korrine, and settled down in SE Wisconsin. 

Stephen has now resided in SE Wisconsin for eight years, and has worked as a licensed real estate agent for the last 4 and counting. When he’s not helping clients out in the field, Stephen truly enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and 3 golden retrievers. When he’s not helping clients or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym working on his personal health and fitness goals, in addition to helping train others to meet theirs.  

Real estate and helping people are Stephen’s true passions, which go hand-in-hand as a Realtor. Stephen covers a broad portion of the SE WI region, but primarily focuses on the following counties: Kenosha, Racine, Walworth, Waukesha, and parts of Milwaukee.
