Tim Wright is a member of the successful Eagle Homes Team at Coldwell Banker Realty in Wisconsin. Tim started his real estate career in Michigan in 2005 and continued it when he moved to Kenosha, Wisconsin in 2008.  An educator at heart, and with a passion for real estate, Tim enjoys working closely with clients from first time buyers to investors. He makes suggestions for decluttering and staging so the home will look its best for prospective buyers. His personalized marketing plan will begin with professional photography and may include glossy brochures, social media posts and targeted ads, direct mail. YouTube ads, property websites and emails to contacts and area brokers. Tim’s listings appear on hundreds of websites.

The home buyer experience starts with a needs, wants and budget conversation. With access to advanced technology and an extensive real estate network, Tim Wright searches for compatible properties. When it’s time to make an offer, Tim negotiates aggressively to get his clients the best deal. This is exceptionally helpful when a property has multiple offers.

Tim and his wife, Michelle, are both teachers in Kenosha.  The youngest of their three children still lives at home and keeps them on their toes.
