Local Real Estate Firm Unveils New Business Development Center
Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® partners with Reliant to create education series on Smart Home Technology
HOUSTON (September 21, 2016)— Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® opened the doors to its new Business Development center today located at 9601 Jones Road, Suite 150 in Houston. The center’s highlight is the Smart Home Technology Showcase, a place where sales associates and agents around Houston can obtain hands-on training about this growing market trend. The company formed a partnership with Reliant and their Security and Home Automation Specialists to leverage their smart home technology and develop a new education series.

In addition to the Smart Home hub, the center will offer continuing education and skill-development courses with new designations and certifications. There are plans to host nationally recognized speakers, networking opportunities, career nights and other special industry-related events.
