Let me introduce myself.

Originally from Dayton, Ohio,  I moved with my family to Fountain Hills, Arizona in 1997 and wondered why  I had waited so long.    

Although I had attended real estate classes in Ohio to learn the laws governing the management of rental properties I owned, I began my real estate career in earnest with RE/MAX in 1999 as the buyer agent for the Erica West Team. From the beginning, my philosophy was to work for “people” not just deals.  Getting the required education to become a designated Accredited Buyer Agent (ABR) was important to me.

In 2002 I qualified for and began  further education to become an Associate Broker and then became a full-service independent agent in 2003.  I then achieved the Accredited Staging Professional designation, (ASP). Now I knew I could offer real value not only to Buyers but Sellers as well.                                                      

From 2003 to 2005 I served as the Co/Director, then Director, of Fountain Hills weekly MLS marketing sessions. Then from 2018 through 2022 I again served as Director of our Fountain Hills MLS Meetings.

I was selected by the president of The Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors,  to attend their exclusive leadership program in 2004.

In 2005 it was my honor to be selected to serve as Housing Director for the hurricane Katrina relief organization, “Fountain Hills Cares.”                                                                                              

I am very grateful for and to my many wonderful clients.  Thanks to them I was consistently one of the highest producing agents in our Fountain Hills office. I was the 4th highest-selling agent in Arizona for RE/MAX in April 2007. Also that year Realtor.com presented me with their “Award of Excellence”.  

I am honored now to be associated with  Coldwell Banker Realty,  Broker Martha Apple, and all my supportive and successful hard-working fellow agents. I know this company and office will always give me the tools and support to take the very best care of my client’s needs.
