Holly Sambora

Born in Buffalo, New York, Holly Sambora has been a resident of Fountain Hills since 2001. Holly is proud to be a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker and is known for her honesty and diligence in helping clients meet their real estate objectives. Holly works with buyers and sellers in Scottsdale, Fountain Hills and the surrounding communities.

Holly’s business experience includes more than 17 years working for one of the top Fortune 100 companies where she drafted and reviewed business proposals and client contracts valued at up to $900M. In this capacity, Holly served as Subject Matter Expert specializing in risk mitigation through legal precision and financial accuracy. Additional risk-abatement efforts included mentoring and training colleagues across the organization within Operations, Sales, Underwriting, and the Strategic Business teams. A business leader in the organization, Holly also was responsible for managing and meeting financial guarantees for 1,200 clients.

Holly’s strong project management skills often attracted additional opportunities in the form of large, specialized projects. Examples include product development and launch; the build-out of models to streamline workflows; and the creation of formal policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Holly also is known for developing win-win and “out-of-the-box” solutions that alleviate complex issues. For example, she developed a custom report to successfully satisfy a formal FTC inquiry. Holly also suggested a $17M margin-growth opportunity that was implemented by the company. She similarly designed a strategic remedy for a large client that was facing a significant legal threat, the solution for which became a financial model that was adopted by clients and consultants across the industry.

Holly’s commitment to developing solutions also extends to her real estate business where she remains dedicated to helping her clients meet their real estate objectives. Holly’s corporate experience—combined with a firm resolve to doing the right thing, and a passion for providing exceptional service—are key foundational elements of her real estate business and further enhance her ability to provide clients a streamlined path to a smooth and successful closing.
