More about Darice Tiffany

My Community Knowledge

I love living in Scottsdale because of the scenery, weather, but most of all the people. During my first visit to the area in 1989, I found that the people in Scottsdale were extremely friendly and welcoming. As a result, I visited every year until I moved into the Troon area in 2001. It’s been a marvel watching the area grow and develop at an amazing pace. Some of the things I love about Arizona living are the easy-paced lifestyle, the beauty of the Sonoran Desert, hiking and walking trails all around and the endless culinary choices we have, I enjoy sharing my love and knowledge of the Scottsdale and surrounding community with my clients.

I am proud to be associated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. The company and its associates are professional, knowledgeable and wonderful teammates. My association with this company enables me to give my clients the very best real estate experience. One of the best compliments my clients can give me is a referral because they want their friends and family to be as satisfied as they are.

Business Philosophy

“Do unto others as you would have others do unto you” I will provide the same skills, care and concern for you as I would expect for myself.

On the 20th of each month I put together a report that shows the market of Phoenix called the Market Watch Overview Report
