Toni has made a career of turning companies around.  Over the past 25 years, her success has run the gamut from creating and managing start-up companies to earning recognition in Who’s Who in Real Estate.

Her exceptional agent training methods have significantly impacted such globally recognized names in the industry as Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, Merrill Lynch Realty, and Century 21. 

While her success story is not limited to the field of real estate, it is her recent accomplishments in luxury home sales that have brought her back to the real estate sales industry. Toni’s return to Scottsdale her hometown has brought continued success. In just sixteen months she earned a position in the top 5% of agents, and two months later in the top 1.50% of agents at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage AZ Region.  She has implemented the same tools and skills that earned her luxury home team in Las Vegas a 106% increase in sales and the number two position for all luxury homes sales in the Las Vegas valley.

As VP of Marketing and Publicity Toni developed an award-winning national ad campaign to increase brand recognition for Keller Williams Realty International and positioned the company to increase agent base from 4,800 to 32,000 agents, many of whom benefited from her unique training for succeeding in shifting markets. 

She was a member of a three-person team that secured the $10 billion City Center condominium sales project in Las Vegas, the largest privately funded development in the United States.

Her experience as a franchise sales VP began in Southeast Texas where she developed the Number One franchise sales team in the nation for Century 21 and then went on to assemble a team for a start-up national home builder franchise – Today’s American Builder.  As President of that company, her team sold eleven master franchises and 175 builder franchises in 14 months.
