Originally from Taiwan, I've called Southern California home since 2004. Living between two cultures has broadened my perspective, deepening my appreciation for architecture, design, craftsmanship, and the many ways people define what home means to them. A lifelong passion for the arts, combined with formal training in Visual Arts and Accounting, allows me to approach real estate through both a creative and analytical lens. That perspective continues to shape the way I advise clients today.

Before entering real estate, I built my career representing some of the world's most respected luxury brands, including Giorgio Armani, Loro Piana, and Vacheron Constantin. Those experiences refined my appreciation for exceptional service, timeless design, craftsmanship, and the lifestyle expectations of discerning clientele. They also reinforced the importance of listening carefully, communicating clearly, and earning trust through professionalism, preparation, and discretion.

Regardless of where someone is in life's journey, my commitment remains the same: to represent my clients with diligence, thoughtful preparation, and unwavering advocacy while helping them navigate challenges and make complex decisions. I believe every real estate decision should create lasting value not only for my clients, but also for the communities they call home, the environment we share, and the generations that follow.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, I have the privilege of working with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Los Angeles and internationally, with a focus on Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, and surrounding communities.

Beyond real estate, I enjoy international travel, art, films, music festivals, world cuisines, hiking, surfing, snowboarding, and discovering the neighborhoods that make Los Angeles an exceptional place to live. I'm often accompanied by my Miniature Schnauzer, Nietzsche, whether exploring local trails or running along the beaches of Santa Monica and Point Dume.
