Jaden Benenfeld

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jaden Benenfeld brings a uniquely creative perspective to real estate, shaped by his early career in film and television, including time spent on American Idol. After earning a BA in Screenwriting from California State University, Northridge, he discovered a passion for connecting with people and helping them find their place in the city he’s always called home.

Together with his partner, Trinity McCourt, Jaden co-founded The Benenfeld Group, a practice grounded in authenticity and a deep curiosity for the stories woven through LA’s neighborhoods. Their collaborative approach and fresh energy foster meaningful relationships with clients and a deep commitment to understanding the nuances of the local market.

Based in Coldwell Banker’s Beverly Hills office, one of the most prestigious and top-producing locations in the country.
