Kathy Marshall has been a real estate agent for over 30 years, starting her career in the Brentwood Office of the Jon Douglas Company and then moving to the Beverly Hills Office in 1993 to be partners with infamous Delphine Mann, "Realtor to the Stars". She has participated in prominent sales such as the Cubby Broccoli Estate in Beverly Hills (creator of James Bond), The Sidney Sheldon Estate in Bel Air, Rupert Murdoch's purchase of a Winery and Home in Bel Air. Kathy came to real estate from the Film Industry where she was a Costume Designer, Stylist, and also a Producer of several documentaries. She is married to a Media Executive and has one son, Matthew who graduated from Stanford and is a data analyst for a non-profit.

Although she has represented buyers and sellers from all walks of life, her specialty is dealing with the high-profile entertainment business clients and their special needs.
Whether a client wants to purchase a 30 million dollar property or buy a condo, Kathy will do her utmost to help that client accomplish their goals. She has represented sellers and buyers in all Westside areas including Malibu.
