Native Californian Melanie Lewis brings a uniquely valuable set of skills and resources to her clients in the high-end Los Angeles real estate market. Since launching her career in 2004, she has represented many of the city’s finest properties in upscale neighborhoods from the Westside to Hancock Park, directly participating in nearly $400 million in residential sales. She has worked with a large roster of affluent clientele while representing multiple properties in an exclusive Beverly Hills development.

Melanie draws on her keen sense of effective negotiation, home marketing, valuable connections and strong insight into the Los Angeles lifestyle and real estate trends to help her buyers and sellers close rewarding transactions promptly and smoothly.  Her priorities are to negotiate the highest possible price for the sellers she represents, and to negotiate the best possible price for the buyers she represents. 

Melanie meets new clients through both referrals and personal connections with a powerful network of professional peers and influential, affluent buyers and sellers throughout the country. She works tirelessly to develop new ways of enhancing her clients’ experience and offering them the highest quality of professional representation and customer service. Most of her business is now earned through repeat and referral clientele; she enjoys long term professional relationships.

Melanie is a member the Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She is an active participant in the Beverly Hills Women’s Club, The Assistance League of Los Angeles, and other charitable groups. She helps promote the organizations’ philanthropic, educational, and cultural programs throughout the city. When she is not working, Melanie enjoys dining, exercising, listening to Jazz, and investing quality time with her husband Allen, and her cat Lucy.
