Stacey Bristow

My journey in the Real Estate and land use field began in 1992. I have almost three decades of unique and diverse experience in the Real Estate industry within local and regional government. My expertise ranges from: advanced code enforcement, building safety, rental inspection, permitting and property improvements, the development and implementation of dozens of successful code and property rental programs, large scale economic development, affordable and senior housing, the development and enforcement of zoning and land use laws and policies. For five years I was also dedicated to the disposition of 255 state-owned residential properties that included oversite of home and pest inspections, property appraisals, moving stipends, demolition, contract negotiations, home ownership and tenant relocation.
