Chris and Kathy Zoch are South Orange County's most established luxury real estate team, calling Dana Point home since 1967. As lifelong residents who grew up along Blue Lantern Street, attended Dana Hills High School, and raised their family in Niguel Shores, they bring unmatched local expertise to every transaction.
