Philip Blaisdell

Philip R. Blaisdell brings more than 30 years of sales, business development, negotiation, and relationship-management experience to residential real estate. Throughout his career, Philip has built his success around a straightforward philosophy: listen carefully, understand the client's goals, earn their trust, and work diligently to achieve the best possible outcome.

Philip's connection to South Orange County spans decades. He graduated from high school in Mission Viejo, California, and later made Laguna Niguel home, where he lived and raised his family. His longstanding connection to the area gives him a personal appreciation for the neighborhoods, communities, and lifestyle that make South Orange County such a special place to live.  In his spare time he volunteers at the Shea Center for Therapeutic Riding in San Juan Capistrano. 

Before transitioning to real estate, Philip built a successful career as a Sr. Director of Sales at a public company, managing multimillion-dollar relationships with major corporations and negotiating complex agreements.  During his career he was recognized multiple times for President’s Club and other sales achievements.

Today, Philip applies that same strategic thinking, attention to detail, negotiating experience, and commitment to service to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. He understands that buying or selling a home is both a significant financial decision and a personal one. His approach is to provide clients with clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and strong advocacy throughout every stage of the transaction.

A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Philip combines decades of professional experience with deep Orange County roots and a genuine commitment to his community.
