Born in Colombia, Roy emigrated with his mom and siblings in the early 1970s, grew up in the suburbs of Queens, New York, served in the Marine Corps, and settled in San Clemente in 1982. Today the father of four and an experienced real estate investor, he is an avid surfer and a walking billboard for the Southern California lifestyle. He attributes his real estate success, in part, to his personal experience as a buyer, seller, investor, developer, financial advisor, and dynamic negotiator.
