I am a person who deeply cares for other people values personal relationship. I want to be that real estate professional for you. It’s called trust. A real estate relationship involves a tremendous amount of trust on both sides and in today’s complex world of legal documents, disclosures and due-diligence, you need a professional you can trust. I am that real estate professional.

My Approach

I am a college-educated and post-graduate person with a background in Education and Christian education. I take a teaching approach to real estate and thoroughly explain and guide my clients through the complex maze of the transaction. I paint with a broad brush so my clients can understand the big picture. Additionally, at the close of the purchase or sale, I want to be your friend. I want you to like me. Respect me. Use me again and refer me to your friends family. This is not just about real estate, it is about relationship.

Active Commitment

I am full-time and active in the regional real estate community. I attend weekly agent/broker previews and meetings and know and communicate with other local agents. I play and work well with others. I see ALL the new properties that come on the market and have my finger on the pulse of local market forces - supply and demand. Econ 101. NO agent can tell you exactly what a home will sell for or can be bought for. THAT depends on market forces; how many properties come on the market for sale and how many buyers are in the market to buy. Having a great agent is like hiring Michelangelo, Picasso or Gauguin to paint a picture for you, an art. I can get you in the ballpark so you have a fighting chance to sell for top dollar or buy for best dollar and I will negotiate for you and appreciate you, the opportunity and your business for years to come.
