Born and raised in Lodi, California, Letty Santana, the youngest of five children, established a strong and structured work ethic at a young age. Having been raised with four over achieving siblings who strived to make their parents proud, she quickly followed in her siblings footsteps and became an entrepreneur in her community. Her business field of choice, Real Estate.
Letty became a first time home owner at the young age of 19 in Elk Grove, California. She remembered what a positive experience it was and knew that with her enthusiastic personality, strong negotiation skills, and structured work ethic she would be an exceptional resource for buyers and sellers alike.
Education and Industry Experience:
Letty earned her two Associate of Arts degrees from American River College and Cosumnes River College before earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
During that time, Letty accepted a marketing position with CBRE, Inc., a worldwide Fortune 500 commercial restate company with local offices in Stockton, Downtown Sacramento and Roseville, California. In 2012, she was offered a position with her family’s commercial real estate company, Northgate Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in Stockton, California. As a Leasing Associate Letty represented landlords and tenants in leasing and purchase/sale transactions of commercial buildings including office, retail strip centers and anchored shopping centers in the Sacramento Metro and Central Valley.
A current resident of Downtown Sacramento, Letty is a local expert in the downtown and midtown area as well as surrounding suburbs. Having done business in the Central Valley she also has a unique market knowledge of the Central Valley (San Joaquin County and Stanislaus County).
